What is India VIX?
NSE's volatility index — the market's fear gauge. Measures expected 30-day Nifty volatility from options pricing. VIX below 13 = calm; above 18–20 = elevated uncertainty. Introduced in 2008, one of the most tracked indicators in Indian F&O markets.

What is Put-Call Ratio?
PCR compares total Put Open Interest to Call OI in Nifty options. PCR above 1.2 signals bearish sentiment. PCR below 0.8 signals bullish conditions. Indian markets see PCR 0.8–1.2 in normal conditions. Suhrid uses it as the second rule-based input.

How to Decide Call or Put?
Suhrid requires all three conditions to align — VIX, PCR and OI all pointing the same direction — before showing a directional bias. No Clear Setup is the default. When all three agree, that's a statistically cleaner environment to assess.

Is Suhrid free?

Is Suhrid SEBI registered?
No. Suhrid is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. It is a market analytics and educational tool only. Outputs are indicator readings — not investment advice.
What data sources does Suhrid use?
India VIX and Nifty from Yahoo Finance API (via Cloudflare Worker). PCR and OI from NSE option chain. When live data is unavailable, simulated values are clearly indicated with a yellow badge.
Can I adjust the thresholds?
Yes. The Thresholds panel in the right column lets you set custom VIX High, VIX Low, PCR High, PCR Low. Changes apply instantly. Defaults: VIX 13/18, PCR 0.8/1.2.
